The word “you” is confrontational.

Therefore:

Don’t use the word “you”. As an added benefit, the word “I” forces me to put things in my own context.

Using “I” allows you to take personal responsibility for what you say and to qualify things with how they affect you.
You might want to consider that talkig about I and feelings may not be as acceptable accross cultures

antipattern – “I feel THAT” or “I feel LIKE” is cheating. People sometimes use these phrases to impose their opinion under the guise that they are talking about their feelings. It actually sidesteps responsibility instead of embraces.
